To whom this may concern,

First and foremost, we want to thank you for your continuous support over the past 5 years. This letter serves as a notice to our Distributors, Retails and all our valued customers that Verdict Vapors, LLC is committed to being compliant within the guidelines the FDA has drawn out. At this time, we have decided to submit a PMTA application that covers ALL our current brands; Verdict Vapors, MEGA ELiquids, Mints Vape Co., Zen Haus and Badger Hill Reserve. We have spent countless days, weeks and months preparing for this. As many are aware by filing our PMTA submission does not necessarily mean we will be approved, but we are working very hard to make sure we have crossed our T’s and dotted our I’s throughout the process.
